Choose a monitor that has low radiation. Adjust the exposure and contrast of your computer screen to feel good. Position the monitor should be about 18-24 inches away from your eyes. Use filtered radiation at monitor. Clean the screen regularly. Break 15 minutes, every two hours. Use artificial tears when dry eye. Blink 1-2 times to help reduce eye fatigue. Healthy eyes should have been checked frequently.
