4 techniques to build muscle.


     1.One day Before hard exercise, you must eat starchy foods, and eat carbohydrates such as rice, noodles or bread. Starch ingestion. Becomes energy to exercise very well. Because sugar is one of the energy that muscles are used. But, you must not eat starch and sugar too much.

     2.Drinking water provided. Water as an alternative of building healthy muscles. The muscle is mostly water. If you drink less water ,the muscle will fatigue and inelastic, you must drinking water at least two liters per day, if you fasting, water or  lack of sleep, should not exercise. It is not good for the muscles.

     3.You should brake for drinking water, and  intend to drink the whole bottle.

     4.After exercise. Do not eat until satiety. Should eat approximately one hour after exercise, choose light protein foods such as egg salad.
